36 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Armourfend America LLC (“Armourfend”) warrants to the original purchaser of the Armourfend Paint Protection Film (the “Armourfend Film”) that, for a period of 36 months from the date the Armourfend Film is installed, the Armourfend Film will not yellow, discolor, crack or break under normal driving conditions from sun, sand, stones, salt, bugs or abrasions. 

Warranty Claims – All claims are subject to the approval of Armourfend.  Before Armourfend will approve a claim, you must give written notice of the claim to Armourfend at the address shown below or to an authorized Armourfend dealer within 7 days after the damage occurs.  Claims regarding installation must be made within 45 days of initial installation.  You must permit Armourfend to inspect the damage. 

Remedies – In the event Armourfend receives timely notice of a proper claim, which is then approved by Armourfend, Armourfend will, at its option, either replace the damaged section or refund the purchase price of the damaged application.  The remedies set forth in this warranty constitute the sole and exclusive remedies available to the purchaser. 

Exclusions and limitations – This warranty does not apply to any damage that may be caused by or result from: 

·  Abuse, misuse, negligence or accident                        · Failure to follow the instructions provided

·  Alteration or modification of  Armourfend                     ·  Use of a vehicle in competition, rallies or

    Film or its original installation                                          other high-speed driving events

·   Machine buffing

EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH HEREIN, ARMOURFEND MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE OR OTHERWISE.  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.  THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTSK.  YOU MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE. 

IN NO EVENT WILL ARMOURFEND BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY.  IN NO EVENT WILL THE LIABILITY OF ARMOURFEND FOR ANY DAMAGES EXCEED THE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE ARMOURFEND FILM AND ITS INSTALLATION, REGARDLESS OF THE CLAIM. 

BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS OR THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

Your Armourfend installation must be registered within 7 days of the installation in order to activate your warranty.  Mail the completed Registration Form along with a copy of your receipt/work order to:
